**Responsibilities**:
- Lead the team in managing the development projects of the Probe Head construction processes, including mainly chemical and chemical processes
- Transfer priorities to the team aligned with the business strategy
- Support the team's daily activities
- Manage escalations related to process problems emerged on the production line or from the customer
- Encourage collaboration with other teams in the Technology and Manufacturing area
- Ensure that team members receive adequate training for the development of technical and professional skills
- Encourage teamwork and sharing of know-how
**Requirements**:
- Degree in Materials Engineering, Chemistry, Physics or similar
- Experience in the management and coordination of technical teams are preferred
- Good experience in the role of process engineer
- Fluency in English
- Orientation to results and innovation
- Attitude to problem solving
