I am currently looking for a Drug Safety Officer to join an International Pharmaceutical Group, dedicated to the research, development, manufacturing and marketing of innovative pharmaceuticals, including a specialised business dedicated to treatments for rare diseases.

**Activities**:

Managing the Individual Case Safety Report (ICSR) in agreement with the enforced legislations, PVAs and the Company SOPs/WIs:

Performing the case assessment (e. g.

seriousness and expectedness/listedness)

Performing the follow up requests

Submitting the ICSRs to the relevant Competent Authorities via Eudravigilance

Distributing the ICSRs to the concerned Contractual Partners as per PVAs

Performing the monthly ICSRs reconciliation with Contractual Partners

Performing the case Data Entry and Quality Control, as deemed necessary
