Join us in the Marketing & Digital team and you will drive the realization and implementation of marketing strategy and plans across touchpoints in a timely and efficient manner.
You will support Manager Brand Marketing and Content in supervising the brand equity in the market and in driving creativity across the Commercial organization and the entire market while sustaining a lasting emotional connection with our consumers.
Your 'day to day' BRAND BUILDING AND AWARENESSSupervise local brand building for RRPs and embed brand guidelines in all commercial programs, projects and initiatives in collaboration with the Manager Brand Marketing and Content. In conjunction with the Manager Brand Marketing and Content and all relevant stakeholders participate in commercial programs, projects and initiative developing, evaluating and proposing brand marketing initiatives from idea generation to omni-channel execution BRAND COMMUNICATIONDrive superior and innovative executions of the market brand communication plan in line with the global marketing calendar and in collaboration with the Marketing and Digital team and with Commercial Planning (Commercial Operations).
Contribute to ensure a pipeline of ideas and concepts CONTENT CREATION AND MANAGEMENTAccountable for the market content creation and management for RRP brands, products, accessories, consumables and services, across all channels and touchpoints (offline and online) under the supervision of Manager Brand Marketing and Content and in collaboration with channel.
Track and evaluate progress of the implementation of the activities toward objectives on an on-going basis, adapting priorities and marketing actions according to results and learnings.
Embed global best practices in local content management BRAND CAMPAIGNMaintain knowledge of the global brand toolbox from PMI, identify suitable tools with successful learnings from other PMI affiliates and adapt tools to local market needs working in close collaboration with the Marketing & Digital team to ensure effective deployment across all channels.
Ensure that all brand programs and activities are in full compliance with local market regulations, the PMI Marketing code and business conduct policies and practices AGENCIES & SUPPLIERS RELATIONSHIPBuild effective and efficient business partner relationships to achieve thebrand objectives and to drive superior and innovative executions of the brand strategy both from a creative and executional point of view.
Manage agencies, ensure that project scopes are clearly defined linking the project to the strategic plan for the category. Who we're looking for At least 5+ years of working experience with focus on Consumer Engagement, Brand Management, Project management or Communication Portfolio Strategy within FMCG Company; Demonstrated project management experience with Agile methodology and experience in projects governance, tracking, and reporting; Proven experience in brand strategy, content creation and marketing communication plan; Solid understanding of trade channels (indirect/direct retail) and digital engagement (CRM, E-commerce, SEO) Solid experience in third parties management Strong communication Skills; Business and Financial acumen; Ability to impact stakeholders (internal and external); Strong in planning, Consumer knowledge and analysis Good people activator and consumer-centric approach; Agility and learn on the fly and innovative attitude; Fluency in English and Italian is mandatory; What's 'nice to have' A Master in Business Administration (MBA) is considered a plus Team player, positive attitude and willingness to share competencies Agility to work in complex and fluid environment with tight deadlines.
