ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Public Relations student to join our team as a Photo Production Assistant Intern.

This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in managing key logistical elements of photo production for international fashion events.

Key functional responsibilities: Support the Photo Production Executive in coordinating bookings and accreditations for freelance photographers.

Assist in maintaining and updating schedules, ensuring smooth communication with freelancers.

Help organize travel and accommodation arrangements for photographers as needed.

Liaise with event organizers to secure access passes and ensure compliance with event guidelines.

Provide administrative support, including documentation of production-related expenses to the Production Control Specialist.

Collaborate with the team to ensure deadlines and production goals are met.

ABOUT YOU Who you are: Currently enrolled in a Public Relations, Communications, Event Management or related field of study.

Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in Italian and English.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Interest in fashion and photography is a plus!

Proficiency in Google Suite and basic familiarity with project management tools is advantageous.
