Role Purpose

As a Fanatics Italy Photographer, you will be responsible for photographing a wide range of products that will be featured on our websites.

You'll use your strong attention to detail, solid work ethic and creative nature on a daily basis.

Using the strength of your technical knowledge and experience, you'll be able to navigate your way through multiple projects and photography scenarios.

**Key Responsibilities

- Product styling and photography based on image standards with emphasis on quality and consistency.

- Capture the uniqueness and important features of products.

- Building photo sets (with backgrounds, props, lighting, and artwork) to create graphics for banners for our sites.

- Minimizing the need for post-production handling by consistently capturing the highest quality image possible.

- Understanding of continuous lighting photography and ability to work with various tethering software.

- Digitally manipulating and organizing images in preparation for image outsourcing.

- Image retouching as needed including manipulating photos to achieve high quality consistency.

- Image file management and organization

- Perform in a production-based environment while partnering with product line managers and digital imaging assistants.

- Conducting shootings with models in and out of the studio

- Ability to make small video content is considered a plus

- He/she will be also responsible for designing, building and managing the photo studio at Fanatics Italy HQ.

- Being able to absorb constructive feedback in order to provide the best quality image and expedite turnaround times.

**Experience Required

- 4-5 years photography experience

- Retouching and photoshoots

- Photoset creation and set-up

- Strong experience of stills photography

- Portfolio must be provided
