Metz Electronics Srl, the Italian Branch of Skyworth Group, to reinforce is Admin, Finance Controlling Department, based in Milan, is looking for a:Photovoltaic Technical Support SpecialistMAIN RESPONSABILITIES:Advise and support our customers and trade partners in the photovoltaics sector with inverters, PV modules and batteries, including on-site advice.

Process technical complaint reports, identify errors and support customers in resolving technical problems, acting as contact person during commissioning to clarify questions. Carry out technical competition analyzes for PV products, define together with sales and HQ products portfolio.

Document service requests, maintain the knowledge database and participate in improvement processesPlan technical training and carry it out independentlyAttend trade fairs and PV events, in general.

MAIN SKILLS: Engineering degree, ideally with a focus on energy technology.

Professional experience in technical sales support in photovoltaic field or similar.

Basic knowledge of photovoltaics products and thier practical application. Fluent in Italian and English Not afraid to work, for some topics, in a start-up contest.
