We're seeking a dedicated Senior Physical Therapist to join our thriving outpatient clinic in Lawton, OK.

Key Responsibilities • Develop and implement comprehensive physical therapy treatment plans

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations and assessments

• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to optimize patient care

• Administer various physical therapy treatments and techniques

• Monitor and document patient progress and treatment outcomes

• Instruct patients in exercises and functional activities

• Supervise and mentor Physical Therapist Assistants and Rehabilitation Aides

• Participate in quality assurance and improvement initiatives

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and regulations

Requirements • Licensed Physical Therapist in Oklahoma (or eligible for licensure)

• DPT degree from an accredited program

• Strong clinical skills in musculoskeletal, neuromuscular, cardiopulmonary, and integumentary systems

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

• Commitment to ongoing professional development
