Your responsibilities will include:Assisting licensed physical therapists with treatments and ensuring the treatment area is clean, organized, and ready for use. Handling administrative duties, including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining patient records. Maintaining therapy supplies and equipment while following infection control and safety guidelines. Building positive relationships with patients and contributing to a welcoming and supportive environment. To succeed in this role, you'll need:Exceptional customer service and communication skills. The ability to multitask and stay detail-oriented in a fast-paced setting. A collaborative spirit and a passion for helping others. Physical capability to assist with therapy tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs. QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent required. Must be 18 years or older.
