Pignataro Hse Manager
Maintaining adequate and conform HSE systems in the plant while reporting the status to the Plant Manager;
- Identify, evaluate and manage environmental issues and health and safety risks in the workplace;
- Drawing and update HSE manuals and procedures, managing all HSE related documentation;
- Development and execution of yearly plans of inspections and audits, suggesting the necessary actions to meet Company and law compliance requirements to reduce risk liability;
- Management of injuries events in the plant, reporting to Plant Manager and HSE Corporate
- Drive improvements in compliance processes, employee training, and HSE performance;
- Support the facilities team to identify safety and security critical equipment and develop preventative maintenance plans to manage these effectively and compliantly;
- Responsible for identification and timely submission of all applicable HSE permits;
- Develop a training plan to cover both site induction orientations and task specific safety training;
- Induct and train local employees and contractors / service companies in basic HSE awareness and company rules as well as on job-specific risks;
- Establish injury prevention initiatives focused on world-class health and safety performance.
**Who are we looking for?
**Qualifications and Experience**:
- Engineering degree;
- RSPP valid qualification;
- at least 5 years' experience in similar roles within industrial framework.

- critical thinking and problem-solving skills;
- results oriented;
- teamwork attitude;
- good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite;
