Pilot Ground Instructor

**Pilot Ground Instructor**:
TXT Group is looking for an instructor with a strong passion for flight dynamics and avionics to join the Aerospace & Defence division of the TXT e-Tech Group company.
This role is crucial to ensure high quality training for pilots and technical staff.
The Pilot instructor will be responsible of the delivery, in Italian or English, of courses with theoretical/practical training and demonstration lessons in classrooms and hangars;
**In particular, he will have the following responsibilities**:
Creation of ad hoc training material with respect to the client's needs and relative revision of existing material;
Delivery courses in English and Italian languages, with theoretical/practical training and demonstration lessons in the classroom and hangar;
Continuous updating of course topics, particularly on aircraft technology and configuration, to meet standard training requirements;
Collaborating with other instructors and the course leader in the preparation of the training plan;
Preparing and updating examination papers and administering course examinations as an examiner.
**Requirements**:
Be in possesion of a flight licence (such as EASA ATPL, CPL or PPL);
Have proven experience as an instructor or teacher of at least one year;
Aeronautical experience in a discipline similar to that to be taught (e. g.
Instruments and
aerodynamics, FCS, W&B, Performance, VFR/IFR operations, etc.
);
Excellent knowledge of English and Italian both written and spoken;
Excellent knowledge of Office Suite, Adobe and MS Office Suite;
**Optional skills**:
Possession of ICAO level 3 certification or higher certification or CEFR B2 certification.
**Required Qualification**: Aeronautical Diploma or Degree in Aerospace/aeronautical engineering.
The resource must have a strong competence in public speaking, aptitude for problem solving, communication and organizational skills, be able to work both in teams and individually and have already had experience working in multicultural contexts.
The training activity will take place at facilities in the province of Varese, but foreign travel is possible.
