This role requires close collaboration with multiple departments, such as Research & Development, Manufacturing, Engineering, Technical Service & Business Development, and Planning, to ensure smooth and effective cross-functional teamwork. Join us and let's make an impact together Responsibilities Manage the Romano pilot plant. Enhance and optimize current pilot production processes and products. Collaborate cross-functionally with Research & Development, Manufacturing, Engineering, Technical Service, Business Development, and Planning Departments. Lead product transfer processes from laboratory to pilot plant and production scale (including managing transfer packages and coordinating transfer meetings). Serve as project leader, supporting project management efforts. Required skills and experience 1-3 years of working experience (preferably from a chemical manufacturing industry). Degree in chemical engineering or industrial chemistry. Advanced chemical process and engineering knowledge. Good cross-functional teamwork skills (communication/collaboration). Handyman skills and problem-solving abilities. Fluent in Italian and English.
