**What you need**:

- Excellent safety work record

- At a minimum of 3 years of manufacturing and/or pilot plant or related experience.

- Associates degree or Engineering/Chemistry degree in related field preferred

- Experience working in a laboratory environment in a chemical production facility a plus.

- Technical competence in analytical and statistical methods plus laboratory synthesis.

- Ability to work with mínimal supervision

- Good computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel, Power point

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Detail oriented
