Pipeline Coating Specialist:As a Pipeline Coating Specialist, you are responsible for applying protective coatings to pipelines to prevent corrosion, wear, and environmental damage.

The coater ensures the pipeline's integrity and longevity by using various coating materials and techniques. What you do:Prepare pipes for coating by cleaning, sandblasting, and inspecting surfaces.

Apply coatings such as epoxy, polyurethane, or other protective materials using spray guns, brushes, or dipping techniques.

Ensure proper thickness and uniformity of coatings by using measurement tools.

Follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE).

Operate and maintain coating equipment, ensuring efficiency and safety.

Inspect finished coatings for defects and make necessary touch-ups or repairs.

Applying protective wraps or tapes around pipes to prevent corrosion and damage.

Using heat-shrink sleeves that seal around pipes when heated.

Insulating pipes with materials like fiberglass or foam for thermal protection.

Ensuring tight, even wrapping to prevent exposure to moisture, chemicals, or extreme temperatures.

Ensure proper thickness and uniformity of coatings by using measurement tools.

Follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE).

Operate and maintain coating equipment, ensuring efficiency and safety.

Inspect finished coatings for defects and make necessary touch-ups or repairs.

Document work progress and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Work in coordination with quality control and production teams to meet project deadlines. What we require:Prior experience in industrial coating, painting, or a related field.

Knowledge of coating materials, application techniques, and safety procedures.

Ability to read and interpret technical specifications.

Physical stamina and ability to work in various environmental conditions.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

You currently reside in the Schengen region with a valid visa/ TRC.
