We are currently recruiting for a Pipeline Engineer for our Engineering Centre in Fano (PU).

The role of Pipeline Engineer is to design pipe systems for transporting a variety of fluids such as hydrocarbons gas, oil, LPG but also water, slurry, CO2 or Hydrogen.

Duties and Responsibilities: Effectively plan out Projects and Tenders in all technical aspects and level of detailSelect the best Pipeline Routing according to Project requirements, international standard and local environmental and safety regulationsSet-up all Pipeline Construction Drawings such as Alignment Sheet drawings, Typical Drawings, Detail Crossing Drawings according to Project Requirements, Local Regulation and International StandardsPipeline Route Selection by Desktop Studies using GIS SoftwarePipeline Route verification by Site inspection (Pre-Survey Site Visit)Prepare the Topographical, Geotechnical and Soil Resistivity Survey Specification and Scope of Work to be submitted to Survey SubcontractorsPrepare the Project General Specification (Pipeline design Basis, Construction Specification)Design with calculations and drawings the Pipeline special CrossingsPrepare the Material Requisition (Technical Specifications, Data Sheets, Inspection DS and Required Document Data Sheet) for all Pipeline material to be purchasedVerifies and follow-up the Engineering of subcontracting companiesReviews on a routine base with PSL the project progress and monitor the quantity variations vs project budgetSupports the site personnel requests with reference to the implementation phase of the projectAssist the pipeline lead or the project engineering manager for solving technical problems arising during project development and for interfacing/supporting the procurement department. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in civil, civil environmental, mechanical, or structural engineering2/4 years of experience in a similar roleWork of place: Fano (PU), availability to travel in Italy and Europe
