We are currently increasing our Tech Team within the **Danieli Centro Combustion (DCC)** subsidiary.

Danieli Centro Combustion (DCC) is part of the Danieli Group and is today a global leader in heating and heat treatment systems in the steel industry.

DCC's area of expertise is in the design of combustion and quenching systems, with an in-house R&D Centre and a full range of proprietary burners and innovative equipment applied to the steel and aluminum market for billets, blooms, slabs, plates, pipes, strips, bars and wires.

**Job Title**: Piping Designer

Operates in the technical area, in the design field of piping & support about DCC project.

He designs in accordance with specific contract requirements complying with standards, time, costs and quality as set by the Company.

He assists senior colleagues in the assigned activities, propose innovations and standardization for improvement

**Location**: Genova

**Responsibilities**:

- Design of the assigned furnace's piping, support, schematic & bill of materials.

- Monitoring time, cost and quality of the assigned activities

- Microplanning of assigned tasks

- Key Activities:

- For the assigned jobs- Designs and verifies accordance with the standard

- Receives and verifies developed engineering by UTEE / UTEI (external or subsidiaries developed engineering)

- ECO (Engineering Change Order) delivery

- Updates personal schedule (weekly)

- Executes assigned NCR activities

**Technical Requirements**:

- Engineering/technical degree or high school diploma

- Good knowledge of English language

- Good Piping Design competence (PFD & P&ID)

- Knowledge basic piping norm (ANSI, EN, ISO)

- Knowledge basic isometrics

- Basic knowledge of Office suite Tools (spec: Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)

- Good knowledge of 3D system for piping design (AVEVA E3D or similar)
