PLANNER & ANALYST FOR GENERAL MANAGEMENTPosition: Planner & AnalystDepartment: General ManagementLocation: Florence, ItalyContract Type: Collaboration or employment, depending on the candidate's profileRole Overview:Archea Associati, one of the leading architectural firms in Italy and internationally, is seeking a Planner & Analyst to join the team supporting General Management.
The selected candidate will work closely with the General Manager, contributing to the studio's transformation and managerial reorganization processes. The Planner & Analyst will be responsible for delivering strategic insights, structured data, and forecasting models to support key business and project decisions.
The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of experience in a Big Four consulting firm (Deloitte, KPMG, McKinsey, PwC) and excels in strategic planning, financial analysis, and visual data representation. Main Responsibilities:• Analyze and monitor company KPIs and operational processes. • Develop financial models, forecasts, and reports to support the studio's strategic planning. • Create business cases, feasibility analyses, and support the definition of development strategies. • Prepare and deliver presentations and reports using advanced visualization tools. • Collaborate with internal and external teams to optimize administrative and accounting processes. • Support the General Manager in preparing reports and presentations for founding partners and high-profile clients. Requirements:• Degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field. • 1-2 years of experience in strategic consulting or financial analysis, preferably with a Big Four firm. • Advanced Excel proficiency, including complex models and data analysis. • Expertise with analysis and presentation tools (Power BI, Tableau, advanced PowerPoint, etc.
). • Knowledge of accounting and administration with the ability to liaise effectively with financial teams. • Strong analytical, statistical, and data visualization skills. • Fluent in Italian and English; proficiency in a third language is a plus. • Flexibility, problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic and evolving environment. Preferred Skills:• Familiarity with collaboration and project management tools (e. g. , Asana, Monday.com). • Experience in creating interactive dashboards and data visualization tools. • Passion for architecture and design, with a strategic perspective on the industry.
