Monza PDP site is looking for a Planner/Buyer intern

The intern will support the analysis and scheduling of the materials requirements for Raw Materials and Packaging components to support the Planner Buyer Team.

He / She will learn how to monitor the POs to the supply base within material lead-time to support operational needs.

S/he'll be in touch with suppliers and be part of the activities dedicated to material inventory for assigned materials to established goals.

Key activities include, but are not limited to:

- Material Requirement analysis to support and update material delivery schedule

- Understanding of updating and monitoring Purchase Orders to supply base

- Supplier follow-up for order confirmation and delivery

- Follow-up for expedited materials to contribute to readiness

Supports the activities related to system maintenance, priorities follow up and reporting to ensure that MRP and other systems are up to date and the actions to accurately control inventory levels.
