We are seeking an energetic, responsible intern to join our growing organization.

In this position, you will be expected to learn the ins-and-outs of our daily routines and procedures.

You will focus on learning how our organization runs and can be expected to gain valuable insight that can further your interest in your chosen career field.

The resource will support the Supply Chain Dpt. , in particular the Planner/Buyer functions,

We offer six months paid internship and training on the job with experienced supervision and support in an international and fast paced environment.

The resource will have the chance to closely collaborate with international vendors and colleagues and to have a first-hand experience with pharmaceutical plants.

It is not required a previous work experience.

**Essential Functions

- Help to ensure the PO processing

- Support in checking order acknowledgment

- Support in monitoring suppliers' expediting activities

- Support the team in collaborating with warehouse alignment for goods receipt

- Help with back-office activities

**Requirements**:

- Able to adapt to a dynamic and changing environment and with strong analytical skills

- Excellent relationships skills at all levels

- Excellent Suite Office Knowledge, above all Excel

- Fluency in English (speaking, reading, writing);

- SAP ERP Knowledge

- Ability to work well independently and in a team based environment.

- Bachelor's degree in economics or Engineering or other similar fields.
