- In our Product Company the Planning Team is composed of Planners and Call off continuously monitoring order entry and stock level through specific KPIs and tools. _

**_

We are_**_ _**_looking for a temporary Planner - Call Off _**_willing to join the Planning Team and contribute in balancing material availability and proper inventory level. _

- The Planning Team _**_works as an intermediary_**_ between Production and Sourcing with the aim to guarantee proper service level with common goal of _**_not only meet, but exceed _**_Customer expectations, in terms of delivery accuracy and lead times. _

What a Planner - Call Off will deal with? _

- _ Being responsible for managing the logistics processes, including material replenishment and delivery scheduling to ensure materials are ready as required to meet the production schedule_

- _ Analyzing MRP in relation to requirements of the commodity including lead-time, order size and supplier delivery performances_

- _ Establishing relationships with our 3PL and suppliers, both local and world-wide, to guarantee supply chain continuity_

- _ Guaranteeing punctual phase in / phase out flow with the aim to minimize the scrap of obsolescence, at supplier side and internally. _

- _ Being aware of Non-Conforming materials and implement corrective actions_

- _ Assisting with ongoing projects such as Supply chain set-up, Stock Level and Backflushing_

- _ Preparing reporting and KPI's_

- _ Schedule his/her own production lines in bae on the Order portfolio and customer requested dates and material availability_

- _ Adapt lines capacity with the aim to guarantee deliveries aligned with the Company target_

- _ Keep updated schedule date to increase availability transparency towards internal and external customers_

- _ Join R&D projects to ensure the introduction of new models on production lines_

What experience and competence we expect from a Planner - Call Off? _

- Previous experience of logistics control in a manufacturing environment would be ideal_

- Having matured a professional certification or an equivalent on-the-job experience in demand planning, forecasting and S&OP will be a plus. _

- Outstanding communication skills with fluent Italian and English (written and oral) and being comfortable communicating to all levels in the organization. _

- Knowing how to use Microsoft Office more specifically Excel.

Attention to detail is essential. _
