Planner

Seals, Kalofer Factory

**Responsibilities**:

- Organizes, coordinates and controls the overall activity of the prospective and ongoing Planning of the elements of the production activity in accordance with the Business Plan for ensuring effective utilization of the production facilities.

- Organizes, coordinates and controls the activity of supplying basic materials: in the preparation of plans, forecasts, frequency and schedules for deliveries, determining the period from order to delivery.

- Observes the observance of delivery deadlines, control over the correct acceptance, storage, consumption /according to the normative documents and documentation/, movement of materials

- Organizes, coordinates and controls the activities of the department for processing documents related to the supply of production activities with indirect materials

- Organizes, coordinates and maintains an optimal level of stock availability of materials (basic and indirect) and finished products.

- Participates in monthly and annual inventory

We expect you to have:

- Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar position

- Excellent communication skills

- Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office, ERP systems, specific software, and database management

- Strong team player

- Demonstrates creativity, initiative, and proactivity

- High level of responsibility and discipline

- English language skills are an advantage
