**PLANNER - OIL & GAS DOMAIN

**Work location: Bergamo

**Role overview

The selected resource will be responsible for managing and overseeing the development and implementation of comprehensive plans and strategies to optimize operational efficiency and productivity within an organization.

He/She will be responsible for analyzing data, identifying key trends, and developing long-term plans to meet organizational goals and objectives, collaborating within cross-functional teams with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, and Project Management, conducting resource and capacity planning, and developing forecasting models to ensure optimized resource allocation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategic plans that align with the organization's strategic goals and objectives.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies;

- Data analysis.

Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.

Use quantitative and qualitative methods to develop forecasting models and make informed decisions;

- Resource and capacity planning.

Assess resource availability, capacities, and utilization levels.

Collaborate with stakeholders to allocate resources effectively and ensure optimal utilization;

- Monitor and evaluate performance.

Establish KPIs and metrics to monitor the progress and success of plans.

Conduct regular reviews to track performance against targets and implement necessary adjustments;

- Identify risks and mitigation strategies: Proactively identify potential risks and challenges that may impact the execution of plans.

Develop contingency plans and mitigation strategies to ensure smooth operations.

Perform critical path and "what if analysis", including the development of work-around plans, capturing, monitoring, and driving associated actions;

- Reporting and communication.

Prepare and present reports, forecasts, and progress updates to stakeholders and management.

Clearly communicate plans, strategies, and progress to ensure alignment and understanding;

- Promotes and cooperates in the development of a planning tool and maintain it updated to improve the accuracy of the workload estimations and quality of the planning.

**Required Skills (Background and Technical Competency)**:

- BSc Business Administration or Engineering Degree;

- 3 years of proven experience in planning, forecasting, or business analysis, preferably in a similar role within operations management, supply chain management or a related field;

- solid experience in analyzing data, identifying key trends and long-term plans management;

- Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, Infor LN or similar ERP, data analysis tools, and resource utilization systems.

Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno, Tempo indeterminato
