Key Responsibilities:Support Project Manager in validating Target Program, ensuring consistency with contractual requirements and needs of involved Units. Prepare and update Master Plan as a programmatic reference document for all Functions based on order documents and production advances. Monitor program progress based on yard documents, including progress reports, integrated production programs, and workshop detail programs, reporting deviations to Project Manager. Develop programmatic simulations on relevant issues and feasibility of strategic choices. Collaborate with Functions to develop detailed programs and integration between Functions on critical paths. Requirements:Degree in Management Engineering, Naval Engineering, or equivalent. Previous work experience in a similar role in companies operating by order. Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken; French language skills are a plus. Proficiency in Excel and good knowledge of SAP, Oracle Primavera, and MS Project. Strong interpersonal skills, flexibility, and ability to team-work, complete problem-solving profile, economic and organizational sensitivity, result orientation. Availability to travel in Italy and abroad.
