**Planner/Supply Chain Expert

Job Overview

We are looking for a Planner/Supply Chain Expert to join our Operations team in Modena.

He/She will manage the Procurement process for a given set of goods, organize the Warehouse movements and Forecast Execution for the 3PL and interface between supplier and entity with respect to volumes and budgets.

He/She will reports to the Senior Planner.

Main responsibilities:

- Supply Chain:

- Control and approve invoices from 3PL

- Responsible for the Inventory control at 3PL

- Synchronize with US regarding Sales orders accuracy in the ERP system and Forecast accuracy

- Responsible for the Inventory (internal and external Warehouses)

- Improving logistic procedures

- Planning:

- Create and execute PO for running production

- Follow-up PO's/ order confirmation

- Manage problems and schedule changes.

Update ERP (Oracle)

- Escalation when schedule creates a risk and close communication with Sales and/ or Project Management.

- Monitor continuously the market regarding availability of components together with the CM (Contract Manufacturer) and Asia Sourcing Engineer and proactively propose solutions where necessary

- Contributes to projects as a team member or leads small projects.

- Execute S&OP/ Forecast revision

- Reporting:

- Support benchmarking and analyze of supplier performances

- Actively participate during Annual Business reviews.

- Deliver the fulfillment versus customer

Qualifications and Background

- Bachelor's or Master (engineering) degree from an accredited university with at least 5 years of experience in Planning and Logistics.

Alternatively technician with at least 10 years experience

- Experience of minimum 5 years in structured, modern organized, international company

- Proven appliance of Best practice

- Experience with international supplier panel/ Asia
