**This position reports to**:
Planning & Fulfillment Manager
**Your role and responsibilities**:
In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the development of the planning and fulfillment-related processes, skills, and tools.
Each day, you will support performance improvement, including customer on-time delivery and lead time.
You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring adherence to inventory targets and supply plan optimization.
The work model for the role is #hybrid This role is contributing to the Smart Power division in Frosinone.
You will be mainly accountable for: - Ensuring the resolution of customer issues by coordinating with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain Management, and other internal and/or external teams.
- Recommending appropriate solution for customer requests and coordinating with the related teams to ensure end-to-end handling of the request (e. g. , production capability and scheduling, resourcing, invoice, logistic flow etc. )
is in place.
- Keeping the customers proactively informed on the issue status based on the inputs received and clarifying their doubts.
- Collaborating with RDC team to reach the target of E2E program.
- Identifying key root causes for non-performance and drives improvement initiatives across businesses.
- Performing standard and ad hoc detailed analyses of planning and fulfillment metricson-time delivery, lead time, forecast accuracy, using available tools and collecting additional relevant information and tracking regular sales performance against the target and sharing insights with the management.

**Qualifications for the role**:
- You are highly skilled in working with SAP, Excel and other M Office tools
- Ability to demonstrate your experience in procurement/logistic roles with at least five years of experience
- You are qualified in supply chain processes and materials planning
- You are passionate about teamworking, costumer oriented and proactive
- You are at ease communicating in english
