Your Tasks: Updating of forecast planning, in collaboration with sales and alignment with HQ;Improve the Italian forecasting system, integrating international guidelines in close collaboration with sales;Placing production orders and managing stock levels;Tracking and communicating order status to Sales and/or Account Team;Arranging delivery & inbound transport for different product groups;Keeping contact with the warehouses to prevent and solve any possible shipment issue;Negotiate contract with logistic service providers and manage the service level;Booking, processing of incoming orders, issue of invoices & order confirmations;Independent maintenance, accounting and documentation of condition agreements;Gathering of all relevant information, issuing of shipping documents and subsequent sharing with Customers and Partners involved;Maintenance of customer master data/hierarchies, prices and conditions in SAP. Your profile: Master level education in economics or mathematics;Min.

5 years work experience in demand planning or supply chain recommended;Good knowledge of MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint and SAP;Excellent knowledge of English;Customer oriented;Team player and very good attention to detail;Comfortable and accurate with numbers;Friendly and open personality but assertive;Pro-active approach to solving problems.
