In the MALV Accessories perimeter the Planning & Procurement Coordinator is the link between the Supply Chain, the suppliers and the Industrial Poles.

He/She will be responsible for defining the production plans in compliance with the needs expressed by the supply and with the production capacities negotiated by the poles with the suppliers.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

- Dialogue with the Supply Chain and Merchandising in Paris for the follow up of the strategies on the various categories

- Dialogue with the Industrial Poles in order to share production visibility, verify that capacity with suppliers, procurement of raw materials are carried out correctly.

- Participate, together with the Poles, to the procurement policies for high/slow sellers items with a customers driven approach

- By respecting the suppliers polices decided by the Industrial Poles, coordinates and guarantees that the suppliers delivery plans match the required production plan in order to meet pre-launches and launches accordingly.

At the same time guarantees that each Pole is in line with the launches and pre-launches needs and dates.

- Define, Follow and animate production planning KPIs

- Prepare reports on the status of seasonal and permanent deliveries

- Manage and coordinate the Procurement team

PROFIL

**PRINCIPAL SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED

- Industrial Engineering Degree or similar

- At least 8 years of experience in Production Planning

- Excel (advanced), PowerBI, SAP, Anaplan

- Fluent in French & English

- Availability for frequent transfers

- Dynamism and proactivity attitude are indispensable

- Excellent analytical skills and work organization

- Flexibility and ability to interface with various internal and external interlocutors

- Able to manage relationship in high demanding environment

- Excellent communication skills
