Main Mission**:

- Oversee the entire production process of all Accessoires categories, starting from retroplanning support up to the prodution deliveries included of its shipments (logistic part), integrated in the industrialization and quality validation steps.

**Missions**:

- Factories launch orders;

- Material launch management: analysis and following verification of materials and evasion to factories with warehouse imputs management

- Support to elaborate production plan and its constant updates;

- Constant management of the production issues and delays to respect the delivery plan.

- All production steps : constant information and monitoring;

- To elaborate as production team the correct retroplanning in respect of the production validation leadtime and deliveries;

- To coordinate the work of faconists and suppliers of raw materials/carftmanship to ensure the correct and timely production deliveries

- To collaborate strongly and constantly with the Materials, Purchasing, Finished products and Quality teams;

- Constant coordination with factories and suppliers;
