FL Technics Wheels & Brakes provides tailored maintenance for aircraft wheels, brakes, and related components.

We are looking for a Planning Coordinator to join our international team to support our maintenance facility in Hanover, Germany.

YOUR TASKS:Provide planned work targets per day (manhours, worksheets, job cards)Maintain system database of worksheets and job cardsPrepare and generate worksheets, job cards of the work packageSupport in distribution of the worksheets and other related documents to productionCollect, perform completeness check for work package and archive all projectsCreate requisitions of parts and materials for each daily project and check availability in stockSupport to coordinate and monitor ordered spare parts, materials, and componentsPerform administration-related tasks, like data entry in different systemsConstantly monitor the production processesFrequent travel to other facilities (Hungary, Italy)WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING:Education: High School Diploma or equivalent foreign country level

English language – sufficient reading & written, a working knowledge of the language in which the maintenance data is published (mainly in English)

Experience: 3 months in the aviation industry or minimum 3 months practical experience in production planning or engineering roles

Using and knowledge of the ERP system – AMOS
