We are looking for a Planning Coordinator to join our international team to support our maintenance facility in Hanover, Germany.

YOUR TASKS: Provide planned work targets per day (manhours, worksheets, job cards) Maintain system database of worksheets and job cards Prepare and generate worksheets, job cards of the work package Support in distribution of the worksheets and other related documents to production Collect, perform completeness check for work package and archive all projects Create requisitions of parts and materials for each daily project and check availability in stock Support to coordinate and monitor ordered spare parts, materials, and components Perform administration-related tasks, like data entry in different systems Constantly monitor the production processes Frequent travel to other facilities (Hungary, Italy) WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Education: High School Diploma or equivalent foreign country level English language – sufficient reading & written, a working knowledge of the language in which the maintenance data is published (mainly in English) Experience: 3 months in the aviation industry or minimum 3 months practical experience in production planning or engineering roles Using and knowledge of the ERP system – AMOS WHAT WE OFFER: Exclusive experience in the aviation business industry FL Technics is part of Avia Solutions Group, the world's largest ACMI (Aircraft, Crew, Maintenance, and Insurance) provider, operating a fleet of 221 aircraft on 6 continents.
