Saipem is looking for a Planning Engineer to join our Department Project control and Project risk management conducting the following activities:Interfacing and coordinating with other Company Functions, prepare all the reference baseline documents included but not limited to the schedule, and ensure that the project planning and scheduling requirements are properly and clearly communicated to those functionally responsible for executing the work.

Prepare the Planning & Scheduling Procedure and the Progress Measurement Procedure for the Project Control Manager verification.

Create and maintain the 90 days look-ahead schedules and perform the schedule risk analysis. Ensuring the implementation of the Planning and Progress Control System required by the contract complexity, riskiness and duration, in compliance with the Project Breakdown Structure, Company Standards and Contract specifications, monitor the Project ensuring the proper information flow, the progress status and completion forecast dates are assessed and reported for all project phases, issuing all relevant reports (internal and to the Client). Updating all Project Schedules, collecting actual data, evaluating forecast dates and monitoring any progress and productivity deviation compared with the baseline schedule, isolate any adverse trend and warn the PM on time to take corrective actionsParticipate in the coordination meetings (internal or with the Client whenever opportune).

Maintain records for all significant events, like contractual claims/obligations, productivity, deliverables, materials status, with extensive use of Company/Partner/Client IT systems and reports and support the Project during the contract changes/claims process providing the time impact analysisQualification: Master or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technical DiplomaKnowledge of English language: B1 or aboveYears of experience: 3-5 in Oil & Gas business (Offshore or Onshore projects)IT Skills: Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Microsoft OfficeSoft skills: Communication, Teamwork, Leadership, Motivation, Time & Conflict Management, Organization, Collaboration, Decision Making, AdaptabilityNice to have: Previous experience in Sealine Transport and Installation or Subsea field development or EPCI PlatformLocation: Milan (MI), Italy
