Exor International S. p. A. , an international electronic production company, is seeking a Planning Manager to be included in a dynamic and growing environment:

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACTIVITIES: Material supply planning and coordination with the purchasing office for reminders of missing items. Production planning ensuring the level of stock, the arrival of materials on time, and the level of service of confirmed deliveries to customers. Provide feedback regarding availability for deliveries to customers or intercompany. Set the parameters for correct production planning and for maintaining warehouse stocks. Manage the warehouse codes by defining the safety stocks, in collaboration with the Production Manager and the Commercial Managers. Manage any rescheduling due to line stoppages, delays in the arrival of materials, or customer emergencies. Drafting of monthly reports. Contribute to the improvement of the procedures to be implemented in Sage in favor of continuous improvement. Participate in alignment meetings with other company functions (daily meetings and ad hoc meetings). Contact with the sales office to define sales/production forecasts, verify customer orders, and production priorities. Ensure compliance with established delivery dates. SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED: Knowledge of production processes and production planning principles. Excellent command of the Office package. Expertise in managing flows of goods to and from the company. Knowledge of management processes in the planning area. Kanban flows. Lean manufacturing approach. Preferential factors and soft skills: Knowledge of SAGE management software or advanced management software. Precision and dynamism. Strong aptitude for problem solving. Knowledge of the English language. Qualification: Degree in management engineering or industrial engineering.

Experience: Consolidated experience in the role, possibly in the industrial automation sector and/or otherwise structured, is required.
