For an important project, we are seeking a highly skilled Planning Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities - Management of the project planning team of 4 people - Establishes project goals related to timelines and resource allocation - Identifies potential issues and suggests solutions to ensure projects are completed successfully and on schedule - Determines and allocates the required resources (Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Installation) - Develops the Planning & Scheduling framework, including methods, procedures, timelines, progress tracking, and reporting tools - Assesses and sets realistic contract durations for Management, Proposal Manager, and Estimation Department, ensuring feasibility during execution - Facilitates client approval of the Schedule Baseline, progress reports, and milestone achievements - Evaluates delays related to changes or claims and prepares Extension of Time analyses for delays attributed to the Client - Provides strategic direction and leadership to the Scheduling & Planning department - Establishes the department's vision, goals, and budget allocation Qualifications - Degree in the Engineering Field - At least 5 years of experience in Project Planning activities - English language is mandatory - Expertise with Project Planning software and tools - Comprehensive knowledge of business principles within the Oil & Gas sector - Skilled in presenting information and data clearly and consistently - Knowledge of Primavera 6 The announcement is addressed to both male and female candidates (Law 903/77) – Prot.
