We are currently seeking a Planning Manager to join our dynamic team in Castel Guelfo, Italy!We are seeking an experienced and motivated Planning Manager to join our Large Power Converters Product Line. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and driving strategic planning and process governance for new product development, sustaining activities, and continuous improvement. This role will serve as the key interface between project managers, engineering, R&D, quality assurance, supply chain, and advanced manufacturing teams to ensure the seamless development and launch of new products, as well as the follow-up of established products. A key aspect of this role is strategic planning and execution, with a strong emphasis on meeting deadlines. What kind of work will you be doing? Lead Planning Activities within the global Large Power Converters team, managing the strategic agenda of the Product Line and enhancing overall productivity. Establish and Drive comprehensive Process Governance, for new product development, long-term sustaining activities, quality assurance, and continuous improvement. Strategic Objectives Alignment, ensuring all processes are aligned with the business strategic goals, with a particular focus on cost efficiency, timeline adherence, and product performance. Implement and Govern Hypercare Programs, to ensure the seamless launch and smooth market introduction of new product platforms. Data Analysis for Product and Process Improvement, using data from various sources (key accounts, field service, technical support etc. ) and identifying patterns, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Develop and govern processes to interpret feedback and transform it into lessons learned and organizational knowledge. Facilitate Cross-Functional Collaboration, promoting effective communication across various functions to resolve issues, optimize resources, and achieve project objectives. Coordinate and schedule Meetings and Follow-Ups with the necessary resources, ensuring follow-ups and escalations are managed effectively. Risk Identification and Mitigation in new products development processes through structured problem-solving methodologies, in close collaboration with Project Management. Build Scalable and Adaptable Processes to meet future demands in innovation and production. What will make you successful?
