We have an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, exciting, and dynamic environment.

In an ambitious growth strategy, we are now looking for a Planning, Ordering & Delivery (POD) Manager to join the Polestar team in Milan.

**Let us describe the challenge we offer

Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will cover sales forecasting, order tracking, delivery planning, registrations as well as the various internal fleets.

You will focus on the OTD strategy to ensure that the Polestar customers have their cars delivered in an efficient and premium manner.

It will require someone who can manage multiple high-level stakeholders, both internal and external, as POD is integral to the success of Polestar Italy.

This position is located in Milan, Italy.

**What you'll do

You will coordinate with investors and delivery centers to ensure delivery targets are fulfilled.

You will monitor and report on the order bank, creating forecasting models and subsequent targets.

You will review and manage third party logistics providers as well as place stock orders, report on stock situation, and manage order matching.

Other tasks you will be responsible for:

- Ensuring data within the factory order system (VISTA) is accurate and supports dashboard reports, highlighting any discrepancies between systems to central teams.

- Troubleshooting any problems within the OTD (Order To Delivery) journey and escalating where necessary.

- Review processes and operations to constantly improve delivery efficiency

- Work with the Local Finance Control to ensure financial flow is working.

- Planning and overseeing requirements for the registration of vehicles.

- Departmental KPI/Scorecard reporting

- Supporting the Head of Operations & MD in developing the market/OTD strategy in Italy.

**Who you are

You possess a positive, 'can do' attitude, with excellent time management skills.

You have the ability to balance multiple tasks, and switch priorities and focus as needed.

To be successful in this role you have:

- Experience in logistics and process management

- Excellent knowledge of Excel

- At least 5 years of experience in automotive

- Excellent oral and written communication in English

- A valid driver's license
