**Job Description**:

We have an opportunity for a **Planning, Procurement & Stock Manager** for our Supply Chain Department.

**Responsibilities**:

- To manage the planning process, identifying and proposing Supply Chain Process strategies in order to ensure products availability to customers, through the entire planning cycle, from materials, component and finished products purchase orders to their complete management;

- To guarantee, through the Planning, Procurement & Stock Department, the right stock levels of raw and packaging materials, as well as of finished products produced both internally and externally;

- To evaluate commercial needs feasibility taking in consideration internal and external production capacity;

- To monitor suppliers KPI's;

- To monitor warehouses stock levels and elaborate action plans to optimize them;

- To coordinate his team's human resources, also training them and developing their skills;

- To partecipate to the Company Budget and Forecasts processess;

- To manage the Department Expenditures Budget and Forecasts;

- To set goals, policies and procedures for his department;

- To partecipate in the new deals legal documents drafting.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Significant experience, at least three years, in similar role;

- Make to Order and Make to Stock planning experience;

- Experience using SAP;

- Application of lean / continuous improvement tools & techniques;

- Effective people management / leadership Operations Planning Manager (knowledge, skills and attributes - including language requirements)

- Ability to maintain a holistic overview of the delivery plan considering lead time & costs;

- Drives opportunities for collaborative working;

- Ability to work on own initiative with a pro-active strategic approach to challenges;

- Pays attention to detail with high level of customer focus (internal & external);

- Ability to influence individuals and teams to achieve desired goals and objectives;

- Highly motivated and able to build close relationships internally and externally to achieve an end goal:

- Systems/Process focused approach;

- Effective Team play;International Environment experience;

- APICS certification and IBP using experience would be much appreciated;
