We are recruiting a

**Planning Specialist

In the operational context of the office, the resource will be responsible for planning the management of the flow of materials and their availability, the planning/programming of production to ensure maximum efficiency. He/she will identify any critical issues and support budget activities by proposing solutions to simplify and improve the analysis of performance and forecasts.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Managing the flow of materials by updating the SAP management system in use.

- Monitoring the use situation of materials and related stocks in terms of value/quantity, ensuring compliance with agreed deadlines.

- Ensuring compliance with market requirements.

- Developing work models and data management useful for measuring and monitoring the planning system in use.

- Coordinating with other company functions in the management of any complexities/needs.

**Requirements**:

- High School Diploma; a Degree in Management Engineering/Economics is highly preferable.

- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, with deep knowledge of production planning dynamics and issues in a complex manufacturing company.

- Proficient in using SAP PP-MM-WM module, and advanced Excel skills.

- Good knowledge of English (B1 level).

- Great vision: elaborating multiple scenarios, in order to anticipate/respond quickly to changes.

- Team working, adopting behaviors that favor collaboration.
