As P&M Proposal Manager, you will be responsible for preparing proposals/bids, contract negotiation, and compliance with contract commitments, covering a broad scope from the early stages of project development (Feasibility to FEED studies) to firm and complete EPC proposals.
You will also develop and manage business analytics and key metrics in the area of pipeline creation, order tracking, and workload management.
As P&M Proposal Manager, you will be responsible for: Working on various sales or commercial deliverables, from customer-facing sales engagements to commercial operation tools and data analytics.
Interfacing with functions, supporting the proposal process, coordinating the tender documentation preparation, analyzing T&Cs, and ensuring compliance to the risk process up to project hand-off.
Supporting the creation of contractual framework and templates specific for P&M/EPCs projects, maintaining an updated repository.
Getting familiar with IET integrated solutions, target markets, and customers, understanding requirements and value proposition.
Developing and managing the key metrics and analytics to support businesses in understanding and monitoring the commercial opportunity pipeline.
Supporting processes and tools for deal prioritization and workload management for optimal resource allocation.
Networking globally and cross-functionally, leading program initiatives or projects with peers and interacting with global business leaders.
Completing all formal training requirements while receiving coaching and mentoring for ongoing development opportunities.
Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Have a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from an accredited college or university.
Proven experience in a project-oriented organization in commercial, application engineering roles, contract, or risk manager roles in an EPC or energy company.
Be a self-starter & able to work on their own initiative.
Demonstrate excellent presentation, communication, and team-building skills.
Be available to travel for business purposes worldwide.
Be familiar with complex and multidisciplinary projects and able to integrate several different inputs.
Be familiar with business intelligence tools/data analytics.
Be fluent in English (spoken and written).
