Plant Chief Financial Officer
ALI Professional, **international **HeadHunting **division of ALI SPA with focus on middle and senior management, for **SUHNER GROUP**, Swiss Multinational Company, is looking for the:
**PLANT CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
The figure, within a Matrix Organization, will support the Company's Financial Strategy thanks to his/her experience on Risk, Investment and Cash Management, Industrial Controlling, Budgeting and Forecasting.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Perform **risk management** by analyzing the Company's liabilities and investments
- Support **investment **strategies by considering **cash **and **liquidity **risks
- Control and evaluate the Company's **fundraising **plans and **capital structure**:
- Ensure **cash flow** is appropriate for the Company's operations
- Define company's **financial planning **and periodic** forecasting **reports
- Supervise **Controlling **activities, **Industrial Costs** Calculations and **Balance Sheet**:
- Ensure compliance with the law, local **GAAP**, intenational standards and company's policies
- Manage a team of **Controllers
**SKILLS**:
- Knowhow within a **production**/**manufacturing **company (e. g.
standard costs calculations)
- Designated **Finance & Controlling** Expertise within an international company / corporate group
- Very good knowhow of **Local Gaap** and international standards (I. E.
** Swiss Gaap Fer**)
- Familiar with **Forecasting, Monthly Reporting, Cash-Management, Investments Calculation, Budgeting, Tax**'s
- Fluent **ENGLISH **in order to communicate with the HQ near **ZURICH**:
- Leadership experience and used to work within a Matrix-organization
- ** ERP: SAP **(or **ORACLE **and similiar) and consolidation Software '**_Tagetik_**' knowhow is a plus
- Willing to travel from time to time
- Hands-on mentality and willingness to change management
