This is a unique opportunity to join an international company as a **Plant Controller **for our Braking** **plant in Mondovi, Italy.

Our production site in **Mondovi **counts 330 employees and is specialized in the production of brake pads for the OE and Original Equipment Suppliers Global market.

Tenneco's Performance Solutions business segment enhances performance on a variety of vehicles - from passenger cars through commercial truck off-highway and industrial (CTOHI), to rail and aerospace.

The OE business group's Advanced Suspension Technologies, Ride Control, Braking and NVH Performance Materials business units are dedicated to helping drivers and passengers experience the perfect ride by delivering differentiated technologies that help improve performance, handling and comfort.

In this key role, the Plant Controller, takes care of all financial activities, including budgeting, month-end reporting, internal controls and year-end audits and all the financial reporting.

Assists management in making profitable business decision.

Ensures that the corporate assets are protected by maintaining internal control.

**Key Responsibilities

- Preparation of Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Reporting

- Preparation of the analysis of the variances and propose appropriate corrective actions

- Stimulate the profitability and cash improvement actions

- Develop, execute and control internal procedures including spending authorizations in respect of Corporate policies

- Contribute to Business plans elaboration and financial justifications for new business

- Lead and give direction to all accounting and reporting activities, coordination of AR and AP

- Review financial impact of current and future operations

- Ensure and support month end closure and annual closure HGB/USGAAP

- Deliver Budget/FCST preparation and analysis

- Analysis of profitability (customers, product lines)

- Preparation of Business Review presentations

- Ensure SOX compliance, company standards and establish and maintain an environment of internal control and integrity

- Contact person for internal and external auditors

- Other duties as assigned.

**What will make you successful

- A Degree in Finance or Economics or equivalent by experience is required

- A minimum of 5 years of controlling experience is required, including a previous experience as Plant Controller, as well as a demonstrated ability to drive change and continuous improvement

- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a manufacturing environment

- Good knowledge of QAD and Onestream

- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel)

- Advanced communications skills in Italian and English are mandatory

- Leadership ability, conflict resolution and problem solving.

- Strong prioritization, time management and organizational skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal

- Able to drive change and continuous improvement
