The owner of this position ensures:

The timely, correct and efficient cost tracking through the knowledge of BOM structures/cost sources, standard costing and analysis of Actual vs Bdg and Fcst, with a specific focus above the Gross Margin but also on SG&A

The timely and accurate reporting, both internal and to Corporate

The timely, correct and efficient support to Bdg and Fcst preparation for P&L up to gross margin

The assistance to the Plant Operations Manager and his team in highlighting cost impacts and finding out opportunities for efficiency improvement.

This position manages the day by day controlling activities for 2 plants.

He/she ensures communication, coordination and sharing of information

He/she is familiar to operate in multicultural matrix organization and has strong knowledge of controlling consolidation process.

Entrepreneurial and focused on target, he/she is able to go deep into details and with good skills of synthesis when brings results to Management.
