Il tuo nuovo ruoloWe are looking for a Plant Director responsible for ensuring that the plant meets its production goals, quality standards, safety regulations, and budget constraints. They coordinate and supervise the activities of different departments, such as engineering, maintenance, production, quality control, human resources, and logistics. He/she will also communicate with external stakeholders like customers, suppliers, regulators, and investors.

He/She will be responsible to:

- Developing and implementing operational strategies and policies for the plant.

- Setting and monitoring key performance indicators and operational metrics.

- Analyzing and optimizing production processes and workflows.

- Managing and resolving operational issues and risks.

- Hiring, training, motivating, and evaluating plant staff.

- Ensuring compliance with environmental, health, and safety standards and regulations.

- Implementing and maintaining quality management systems and certifications.

- Negotiating and managing contracts and agreements with vendors and customers, as well as reporting and presenting operational results and recommendations to senior management.

Di cosa hai bisogno per aver successo

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or a related scientific field, advanced degree (MBA or PhD) preferred.

- 15 years in plant operations (leadership role) in pharmaceutical industry.

- Leadership drive and strategic acumen.

- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

- Experience in P&L responsibility

- Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and other software tools.

- Fluent English in written and verbal format.

The ability to work under pressure, multitask, and prioritize; and the ability to lead, motivate, and inspire a diverse team are all necessary qualifications.
