For a pharmaceutical company, we are looking for a PLANT HR BUSINESS PARTNER who will follow the implementation of both regional and local HR key initiatives and projects for manufacturing and commercial sites. Responding directly to the Italian HR Director and dotted to the Plant Manager, the role acts as first level advisor for the relations with employees on specific issues: recruitment, training & development, and HR administration. KEY ACTIVITIES/RESPONSIBILITIESPerformance & Talent Management Coordinates the Performance Management process (procedures, templates, timelines, . . . )Supports managers in the management of talents and poor performersCollects Organization's recruitment needs.

Ensures the correct response to recruitment needs managing the entire selection and recruitment processDrafts employment contracts and negotiates the offer until managers' levelSupports managers in the training needs' analysis to determine local training requirementsOrganizes training sessions and implements training plansRewarding & Recognition Coordinates and supports the following processesSalary benchmarking and salary review processEmployee Relations and HR Operations Ensures that local HR data are up to date and provides reports on Key HR metrics for business evaluations. Provides information and responds to queries from employees on HR administration topics such as policies, payslips, and labor contracts. Supports managers and supervisors in people management topics such as performance management, grievance, and disciplinary procedures. Manages the Trade Unions relationship. REQUIREMENTSUniversity Degree HR QualificationFluent written and spoken English4 years of experience in Multinational companies (manufacturing/pharma preferred)Experience of operating in a continuous process improvement environmentCar Owner#J-18808-Ljbffr
