Plant Maintenance Manager
Primary Function: He/she oversees the installation, the repair and the maintenance of all the equipment and machinery into the Plant.
He/she supports the production managers in defining maintenance strategy according with the production plans.
He/she works close with the Plant Manager in defining the maintenance budget and priorities; he/she manages the maintenance budget ensuring that team has the resources available to complete all the requested activities.
Essential Responsabilities: He/she oversees all the activity of maintenance into the plant and oversees installation of machines, tools and equipment; He/she works with the production managers in order to prioritize the maintenance activities accordingly with the Plant urgencies; He/she defines and updates the guidelines about ordinary/preventive and extraordinary maintenance; He/she analyzes data about the recurrency of breaks for machines and equipment in order to develop and manage predictive maintenance programs for facilities and equipment; He/she guarantees that all the maintenance activities on machines, tools, equipment and control are performed in accordance with operational standards and guidelines; He/she oversees that all the maintenance activities of the team are performed in accordance with the safety rules and safety measurements; He/she ensures that staff are trained in maintenance activities; He/she manages the maintenance budget defining, in alignment with the Plant Manager, the priorities and keeping monitored it; He/she defines and manages the maintenance projects in alignment with the Plant priorities; He/she coordinates the direct and/or indirect maintenance activities ensuring the KPIs targets fulfilment; He/she develops team's members professional skills and evaluates their performances in accordance with the Company processes and tool; He/she works with the other managers in order to bring changes in the people's mindset aligned with the Company Culture, Cultural Beliefs and Focus Five; He/she promotes the Company accountability model inside his/her team.
Education: Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Background: Good knowledge of the products; Good Knowledge ofquality systems, tools and KPIs; Good knowledge of computer applications (Excel, Genesys); Good knowledge of policies, procedures, equipment, materials related to the productions and infrastructure; Deep knowledge of safety rules and practices.
