3597 : PLANT MANAGER – BRESCIACLIENT: Multinational company leader in its reference sectorMain Responsibilities: Responsible and accountable to meet objectives as prescribed by the WIN Strategy concerning: Engaged People, Premier Customer Experience, Profitable Growth and Financial Performance; Ensure a safe work environment and drive towards a zero-accident culture; Legal compliance inall areas of the business; Profitably grow thebusiness and achieve Division and Corporate goals monthly, quarterly, and annually; Work with current and potential customers to promote and leverage company technologies, systems, products, and services; Establish and maintain Premier Customer Service and Quality; Lead strategy deployment for the operation concentrating on Lean Initiatives and Sales growth; Accountable for driving Lean Initiatives throughout the operation to ensure they are fully embraced and implemented; Ensure the operation has adequate inventory, production control scheduling, shipping/receiving logistics; Develop a budget plan and manage operation within budget constraints; Maintain familiarity with the competitive environment within geographical area of responsibility; Represent the Operations at Business Unit and Country levels; Provide leadership by promoting team concepts, coaching, counseling, retaining, mentoring, training, talent management, and individual development; Drive a culture of accountability and results through HPT, strategy deployment, and effective performance management. Requirements: Fundamental experience in Operations Management and at least 5 years of experience in a leadership role; Solid Leadership skills to manage a complex and multicultural environment focusing on engagement, empowerment, strategic thinking, and talent development; Previous work experience ideally includes experience in business and operational processes; Bachelor or Master's degree (or international equivalent) required; ideal candidate has studied Business or Engineering; Analytical and technical skills to understand business practices; Functional understanding of cost accounting and ability to adopt to practical application; Fluent in Italian and English.
