Plant Manager

We are part of Gi Group, one of the main international reality focused on services about development of job market.
Our client is an International company leader in production of industrial parts in various materials (Rubber, Casted solid polyurethanes and Polyurethane foam) customized in different sectors with manufacturing plant in Italy, Europe and America.
For a subsidiary in Bologna we are searching for a:
**PLANT MANAGER
The resource, reporting directly to General Manager, will be responsible for all the aspects regarding the manufacturing site.
**_Main Responsabilities:_
- Ensure the achievement of general and production objectives
- Ensure, in collaboration with the Maintenance Manager, the efficiency of machines and
- plants supervising the correct planning and execution of all the maintenance's activities
- Prepare cost and staff budget in collaboration with the Management
- Manage the relationship with Plant's staff
- Manage Labor Relations
- Propose improvements and investments designed to a greater production efficiency, a cost reduction, an environmental protection and a health and safety of workers
- Ensure the compliance with legislation about health and safety of workers
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with customers
- Create and implement short and long-range actions to achieve increased volumes and margins
- Oversee sales targets and forecasts with Business Development Manager.
- Implement new products with Business Development Manager

Requirements_
- Proven experience in the role in companies preferably in polymer elastomeric (all the type of elastomeric, rubber, polyurethane, etc) B2B's contexts
- Master's degree in Engineering; an MBA will be a plus
- Lean Six Sigma (LSS) Certification is preferred
- Ability to organize and coordinate operations in ways that ensure maximum productivity
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Able to build and manage strong relationships with their team, cross-functional colleagues, and external partners.
- Strong analytical mindset
- Excellent in English both written and spoken.
Good knowledge of the French language is preferred.
