We are looking for the:PLANT MANAGERMain responsibilities:Plan, organise and lead the plant team to achieve the agreed objectives (safety, environment, quality, cost and service).

Proactively drive focussed improvementLead and drive strategic initiatives that ensure alignment between market/customer needs and capacity, process capability and delivery through current manufacturing resourcesEnsure development of plant management team and staff, through performance management, career development and succession planning and coachingCollaborate with other functions and divisions driving continuous improvementEnsure smooth operations by effectively managing employee and industrial relations building and maintain positive community relations. SkillsLeadership knowledge and experience in manufacturing operations with emphasis on lean and efficient workflowExperience in production management Lean projects implementation within preferably electronics, aeronautical, automotive, automation mechanical environments is preferedAbility to manage and motivate a diverse team, strong organizational and time management skills and ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
