The position is based in our plant of Sorga, 30km away from Verona.

It will report to our Deputy Operation Director Area Alps and will be fully integrated in our Sinova Operating direction.

**Main purpose of the position

Guarantee the progress of the company's production cycle and the conformity of the finished product through correct planning of activities and processes.

Coordinate and verify the company's production activity by managing and optimizing resources.

Ensure compliance with safety standards in the departments and the correct functioning of environmental systems.

**Main tasks

- Constantly ensures the performance and level of production for the achievement of pre-established objectives;

- Defines and directs the various stages of company production, in times, methods and resources to be employed;

- Plans production scheduling, based on resource availability and contractual commitments undertaken;

- Coordinates with procurement activities regarding the replenishment of inventory needed for manufacturing activities;

- Guarantees the quality of the final product and compliance with the manufacturing procedures necessary to obtain a compliant product, also by verifying the correct functioning of machinery and equipment;

- Takes direct and indirect action to resolve problems and identify their root causes;

- Collaborates with Health & Safety, Quality and Sustainability for all prevention activities, for compliance with safety procedures, for the correct management of activities in the event of an emergency in terms of safety, industrial hygiene and the environment;

- Manages safety within the department in accordance with decree 81/08; Manages the human resources involved in production, ensuring their involvement and constant development also through dedicated training courses;

- Supervises the personnel and companies operating in the department;

- Constantly monitors the progress of the departments and solves problems/inconveniences that slow down/hinder the production activity;

- Updates manufacturing master reporting
