We are looking for a Plant Procurement Buyer, a newly created position, to support our plant's data-driven decision-making in procurement and consumption management. Analyze material consumption patterns and provide data-driven recommendations for procurement optimization. Assist in purchasing planning to ensure materials are available in line with operational needs. Develop and maintain data models and reports to enhance supply chain decision-making. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Ensure procurement activities align with budget constraints and operational priorities. Support continuous improvement initiatives in procurement and supply chain processes. What We Are Looking For:Bachelor's degree in a STEM-related field (Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics, or similar). Fluency in English and Spanish (both written and spoken). Strong data analysis skills and experience working with large datasets. Proficiency in Excel/Power BI, data visualization tools, and ERP systems. Analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail. Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced industrial environment.
