The resource within Group Quality Dept will supervise all quality management activities in conformity with company policies, national and international standards in Bergantino plant.

Main Activities: Implementation and improvement of the Quality Management System within the related Plants, in conformity with company Quality policies and standards to ISO9001 and ISO 15378 and, where applicable, ISO 134.

Manage GMP training courses according to established programs or specific needs.

Activities of audit preparation, management and follow-up.

Collaborates in defining CA following customer complaint, internal audit and/or customer audit, overseeing completion.

The resource contributes to drafting/updating Quality System procedures/instructions/documents for the Plant according to Quality System guidelines.

The resource contributes to the execution and updating of risk analysis.
