**VHIT S. p. A. ** (Vacuum & Hydraulic products Italy) is an Italian affiliate of Bosch Group located in Offanengo (CR) area, and operates mainly in the field of Vacuum creation and Oil cooling and lubrication, for the automotive industry.

Our R&D Department is the _Competence Centre_ for Bosch Vacuum Pumps and Electric Oil Pumps at a _Global level_.

Furthermore, the company produces engine Oil / Fuel pumps and hydraulic systems, respectively for passenger car / commercial vehicles and off highway vehicles.

VHIT employs about 500 people.

**Job Description**:

As **Plant Quality Champion** for German Customers, you will be the main customers' contact on all quality related topics.

Within the quality department, you will report to Customer Quality Service Manager and will cooperate with the whole team.

You will be part of several project teams, with the responsibility of representing customer needs and expectations for a proper product and process release.

In case of quality-related issues, you provide methodical support for problem solving.

You are part of SE teams, take part in QGs and support the development of process FMEA.

You will handle customer process audits and you will drive the organization towards the common target of customer satisfaction, by following each phase of the products' life.

Interdisciplinary coordination and cooperation with all company departments are also part of your tasks.

**Qualifications**:

**Education**:Degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar background;

**Personality**:You have good communication skills; you can work in a team and drive the team towards project goals.

**Working method**:You work systematically, solution and customer oriented;

**Experience and know-how**:3 years of relevant professional experience in the field of quality assurance and / or project management in the automotive business.

Data Analysis, APQP, FMEA, problem-solving methods are also considered as basic know how for the position;

**Languages**:Fluent English and German;

**Enthusiasm**:You enjoy working with customers and contributing building your future.
